What This Isn’t

I am almost more proud of what this resource isn’t than what it is.

Some things that you will not find here:

  • Crazy new workouts where the goal is to look cute and get peeled off of the floor
  • Motivational raw-raw that does not have any real application
  • Promotion of anything that I don’t believe in or hasn’t been proven to be effective for others
  • Filler content
  • Handstands (can we just put a permanent pause on the “look at me” exercises?)
  • Promotion of exercises that have a relative chance of leading to injury
